Yalova Taşköprü Beldesinde bulunan firmamızın Satış ve Dış Ticaret Müdürlüğü’nde çalışacak Yurtiçi ve Yurtdışı Satış personeli aranmaktadır.
Firmamız sıvı, gaz ve hava filtrasyonunda kullanılan çeşitli boy, tip ve mikron süzme kapasitelerinde, Kartuş ve Torba filtreler, Mikrofiltreler (Membrane pleated filter cartrigdes), Paslanmaz Çelik Filtreler ve Filtre Kapları (tekli ve çoklu, kartuş ve torba filtre kapları ve sepet filtreler) üreten ve “PROSES-T.İ.M. Made in Türkiye” markası ile yurtiçi ve yurt dışına ürünlerini gönderen, Ayrıca Müşterilerimizin numune veya proje bazlı filtre ve diğer proses teçhizatı ihtiyaçlarında da kendileriyle çözüm ortağı olarak gerekli üretimleri yapan bir firmadır.
İşbaşı yapacak personelin özet iş tanımı aşağıda belirtildiği gibidir;
Firmanın Müşteri sayısının ve satışlarının artırılması, yeni Müşteriler kazandırılması ve bu amaçlara yönelik tanıtım, pazarlama ve satış faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi. Müşteri ve Müşteri adaylarına gerekli satış tekliflerinin ve proformaların hazırlanması, bu konulardaki gerekli yazışma ve haberleşmelerin yapılması. Aktif olmayan eski Müşterilerin tekrar geri kazanılarak aktif müşteri konumuna getirilmesi.
Müşteri ve Müşteri adaylarına gerekli iş ziyaretlerinin yapılması. Firma ve Ürünlerin tanıtılması. Onların proses ihtiyaçlarının tesbit edilerek gerekli tekliflerin sunulması.
Gelen siparişlerin belli bir formatta İlgili Üretim Müdürlüklerine iletilerek, gerekli üretim ve sevkiyatın yapılmasının sağlanması.
Müşteri şikayetlerinin ve ürün iade işlemlerinin kök neden analizlerinin yapılarak, konuyla ilgili raporlama işlemlerini yapılması, ilgili şirket prosedürleri doğrultusunda düzeltici ve önleyici faaliyetlerin başlatılması, Konuyla ilgili olarak Müşterilerin bilgilendirilmesi.
Görevi ile ilgili olarak Firmanın ilgili prosedürlerini n tam olarak uygulanması, …. şeklindedir.
Firmamızda “Satış” kavramı, stoklarımızda ve üretimimizde bulunan herhangi bir ürünün, talep edilen müşteriye gönderilmesi değildir. Bu talep eden müşteriye bir sevkiyat işlemidir. Yani rutin bir işlemdir.
Bizim “Satış” olarak nitelendirdiğimiz kavram “Firmaya yeni müşteriler kazandırmak” “kazandırılan müşterilerin firmamızdan düzenli ve sürekli ürün alan müşteriler haline getirilmesi” ve “bu müşterilerimize mümkün olan en yüksek miktarlarda ürün satabilmektir.”
Kısacası işbaşı yapacak Satış Elemanlarının yukarıda belirttiğimiz görev mantığı ile çalışması lazımdır. Bu arkadaşlarımızın başarı performanslarının değerlendirilmesinde en çok bu konu dikkate alınacaktır. Bu şekilde çalışamayacak ve bu konuda yetkinliği olmayan personelin bu görev için müracaat etmemelerini öneririz.
Diğer önemli bir konu ise, firmamız birçok belgelere sahip Kurumsal bir firmadır. Firmamızın tüm çalışma konuları ve çalışma usulleri Devamlı Talimatlar niteliğindeki belgelerle tanımlanmıştır.
Bu talimatlar açık seçik, işleri tanımlayıcı, personel ve departmanlar arası haberleşmeyi ve işbirliğini sağlamaya ve işleri en iyi şekilde yapabilmeyi amaçlayan, ISO-9001 sistemine uygun ve mümkün olduğu kadar bürokrasiyi azaltan temel kuralları ve uygulama usullerini içermektedir.
Bu nedenle firmamızın kurum kültürüne, belli kural ve sistemlere uyma konusunda yetkinlikleri olmayan ayrıca düzensiz ve dağınık çalışma alışkanlıkları olan personelin bu görev için müracaat etmemelerini öneririz.
Bu görevde çalışacak Bayan ve Erkek adaylarda aranılan özellikler aşağıda belirtilmiştir;
Çalışma Saatleri : Hafta içi 08:00 – 18:00 arası olup, Cumartesi ve Pazar günleri tatildir. İşin gerektirmesi halinde bu saatlerin dışında ve hafta sonlarında da çalışma söz konusu olabilir. Bu durumlarda iş mevzuatının gerektirdiği fazla mesai ücreti ödenecektir.
Servis : Yalova ile Firmamız arasında geliş ve gidiş için personel servisimiz vardır. Bu nedenle çalışacak personelin Yalova veya Firmamız ile Yalova arasında bir bölgede ikamet etmesinde yarar vardır. Servis güzergahı dışında servis konulması, yol parası verilmesi gibi bir uygulamamız yoktur.
Öğle Yemeği : Firmamız tarafından firmamızın kendi bünyesinde verilmektedir.
Ücret : Yapılan mülakat esnasında belirlenecektir.
